Happy Iraqis! You would think they were non-existent watching the news. But they are out there, in droves. I see it every time I go on a convoy. The Coalition is doing great things over here. You would think that would be just as much news as a Marine killing a rouge belligerent on one day of the war. Go see the shocking pictures too much for the media to handle.

I am a reserve JAG currently deployed to Iraq. I am an unabashed conservative who is patriotic and eager to support and defend the Constitution. I am inclined to consider other points of view, but will stick to my position until proven wrong by verifiable facts. I have served my country for 14 years. I served six years in the Air Force as a JAG. Once off active duty, I joined the Army Reserve to drill close to home. I am now on my second deployment with the Army.
Although my years of experience as a JAG may have given me some modicum of wisdom, the opinions expressed in this web log are not connected with the United States Government, Department of Defense or the United States Army. The opinions are my own and are not in any way shape or form official government positions. Also, any opinions given are in no way connected with my employer, Allstate Insurance Company. I just heard a British program host on CNNi describe the incident of the Marine shooting the insurgent in Fallujah as "the most enduring image" of the battle. Of course, that's after the media grossly overplayed it, and they still have no idea what actually happened. What jerks!
